E-Sign Consent

Your agreement to receive records electronically.

1. Your Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

By creating a Monida account, checking an on-screen consent box, or using our Services, you agree that all agreements, disclosures, receipts, notices, and other communications relating to your use of Monida ("Communications") may be provided to you electronically, and that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a signature on paper, as provided by the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law (UETA).

2. What Communications Are Covered

The User Agreement, Privacy Notice, and updates to either
Pre-payment disclosures and receipts required for remittance transfers
Transaction confirmations, error-resolution notices, and account alerts
Identity verification requests and compliance notices
Any other disclosure required by law that may lawfully be delivered electronically

3. Hardware and Software You Need

To receive and keep Communications you need: a smartphone or computer with a current operating system and browser; the Monida app (current version); a valid email address and/or mobile number on file; the ability to view and store PDF files; and sufficient storage or a printer to retain copies.

4. Paper Copies

You may request a free paper copy of any Communication within the period required by law by writing to contact@monida.app or to Monida Payment Corporation, 1810 E Sahara Ave, Ste 75048, Las Vegas, NV 89104.

5. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at contact@monida.app. Because our Services are delivered electronically, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide you with some or all of the Services. Withdrawal becomes effective after we have had a reasonable time to process it.

6. Keeping Your Contact Information Current

You agree to keep a valid email address and mobile number on file so we can notify you when Communications are available. Text messages to your mobile number are limited to those described in Section 12 of our Privacy Notice.
